If you have not yet enrolled with FSP, go to Membership. Once you are registered, you will receive your account information to login to your student files in your google drive under 'shared with me' files.
Contact Your Reviewer
Once your student is registered, you can request or you will be assigned an experienced FSP Program Reviewer. Contact your reviewer to get help creating your high school plan and selecting classes for the upcoming school year.
August - Plan Your Year
High School Plan:
Within your online student files, fill out your Course Descriptions and High School Plan for the current year. Email your reviewer to notify her when your course descriptions are complete.
At the September FSP Kickoff:
Get to know your reviewer and ask any questions that you may have. Pick up forms to create a student's FSP Portfolio. This portfolio is not a requirement but will help you organize your papers and make reviews run smoothly.
Assemble your student's FSP Portfolio notebook. Throughout the school year, add grade reports and samples of their school work. You will be creating a valuable record of your student’s work that will be needed for reviews and later on, for college and scholarship applications.
January - Mid-year Review
Report Card (1st semester):
Within your online files, fill out your first semester report card for your FSP students.
Schedule a short mid-year review to discuss progress and receive encouragement. Make sure your student’s FSP Portfolio is up to date with grade reports from teachers and samples of your student’s work. The reviewer will update your child's Transcript to reflect credits earned from the first semester if needed.
May - Year-end Review
Report Card (2nd semester):
From your online student files, fill out your second semester report card for your FSP students.
Schedule your student’s annual review with your reviewer. This is an excellent time to consult with your reviewer on the plan for next year.
Your reviewer will update your child's transcript to reflect credits earned for high school. Within your portal, you can view and print the transcript. We recommend that you put a copy of your child's transcript in their portfolio. Upon request, FSP will send your student's official transcript to the selected college or scholarship organization.
